Founded by Michael McLoughlin, Hazel Angus, and Siphelele Ntsobi, SA Van Conversions was born from a shared vision — to close the innovation gap in the vehicle conversion industry and set a new benchmark for engineering quality across Africa.

Dr Kholekile Ntsobi
Dr Kholekile Ntsobi serves as our Business Development and Key Markets Strategist, shaping the direction and purpose of SA Van Conversions. With deep experience in South African healthcare, he drives the design and delivery of impactful mobile medical solutions.
Dr Kholekile plays a key role in aligning our offerings with public sector priorities and EMS requirements across the country. His passion lies in transforming public healthcare access through innovative, purpose-built vehicle conversions.
Siphelele Ntsobi
As our Sales and Marketing Liaison, Siphelele brings precision, compassion, and purpose to every engagement. His deep commitment to community-based needs analysis ensures that each solution is not only fit-for-purpose but truly impactful. Driven by a passion for excellence in execution, Siphelele goes beyond selling—he listens, understands, and delivers. Mike leads Research & Development at SA Van Conversions, ensuring every build meets evolving industry standards and OEM requirements. Hazel Angus

With over 20 years of industry experience, she brings unmatched attention to detail and operational insight to every build. Her deep knowledge of aftermarket conversions ensures the right quality components are available at the right time. Justin leads Sales at SA Van Conversions, combining deep technical expertise with hands-on production knowledge. With a firm grasp of customer needs and operational realities, he bridges sales and delivery seamlessly. Justin ensures each vehicle conversion is aligned with client expectations, quality standards, and functional performance. Lee Govender
Head of Design
Responsible for design, tooling and material technology, Lee is a talented draughtsman with more than 16 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Thanks to this proposed materials & build methodology, we are able to produce well-balanced, cost-efficient build concepts with quick turnaround time.
Octavia Fynn
Homologation Officer
Octavia plays a vital role in ensuring that every SA Van Conversions build meets the highest standards of compliance and client requirements. As our Homologation Officer, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of vehicle homologation, including registration, Datafix, and eNatis compliance. With meticulous attention to detail, Octavia provides peace of mind that every vehicle delivered is compliant, roadworthy, and ready for service.
